- 9 - 9:45 a.m.
- 10 - 10:45 a.m.
- 1 - 1:45 p.m.
- 2 - 2:45 p.m.
Wednesday
- 9 - 9:45 a.m.

Thursday

There is no visitation on Monday or Friday. (Visitation days and times are subject to change.)
Visitation Rules & Regulations
- All visitors must be 17 years of age or older, must have a valid state ID or drivers license.
- Inmates must schedule a 45 minute time slot one day prior to the visit. An inmate may have only two visits per week.
- Only two adults and two children over the age of three per visit.
- Children under the age of three are only allowed to visit on the first Sunday of every month.
- Children (16 and under) will be accompanied by an adult parent or legal guardian.
- Children must be supervised at all times by a parent/legal guardian.
- Visitors must be properly attired. Clothing of a provocative/revealing nature will not be allowed .
- Any visitor creating a disturbance will be subject to being banned from our facility.
- Any visitor caught bringing in contraband to inmates will be prosecuted (42-5-18 Giving inmates items without consent of authority).
- All visitors are subject to being searched. Any visitor who refuses to be searched will be denied entry.
- No cell phones, electronic devices, purses or packages are allowed in our facility (pay lockers are located in the lobby).
- All food and drinks are prohibited.
- The Fayette County Jail reserves the right to refuse entry to any person or persons.
Video visitation is monitored via a 3rd party vendor. The vendor has the ability to either use a barge in feature to issue a warning, or can terminate the visit without warning. The common reasons for terminating a video visit are based on location. Visits conducted on site may be terminated for:
- Food or beverage inside the visitation room
- Animals in the visitation room
- Purses in the visitation room
- Excessive and disruptive profanity
- Children not being controlled by visitor
Visits conducted from off site will be terminated if the visitor is driving while conducting the visit, as this is a violation of State law.
All visits are subject to immediate termination under the follow conditions:
- The scheduled offender is not present
- The scheduled offender hands visit off to another offender
- Scheduled civilian is not present
- Visitor is under 18 years of age and visiting without non-offender guardian
- More than 3 visitors are present
- Persons present in violation of court order for no contact or victim in case
- Displaying weapons
- Displaying gang signs
- Nudity (exposed breasts, genitals, or buttocks)
- Provocative clothing (intentional, for the sexual gratification of the offender)
- Blatant sexual activities (twerking, masturbating, rubbing clothed genitals, etc.)
- Slamming or banging visitation terminal
- Cell phones, cameras, recording devices being used
- Computers, tablets, or other electronic devices with internet access being used
- Under the influence of intoxicants or illegal drugs
Visitation is a privilege. Any behavior that disrupts the operations in the housing unit will not be tolerated. Visitors found in violation of these rules will have their actions reviewed, and face a minimum of a 6 month suspension of visitation privileges for a first offense. Subsequent or more egregious offenses, such as drug/alcohol use, sexual behavior, or gang activity will result in longer suspension from visitation.
